In community pharmacy, you face real challenges. Underfunding, staff shortages, medicine scarcity all have an impact on the operational health of your pharmacy. At Revival X, we want to help you find ways to overcome these pressures. We help you uncover silent inefficiencies you never knew could be holding you back. Let me show you how we can help by starting with our new Pharmacy Health Check tool, which can be found on the Revive Orex homepage. Our new diagnostic tool gives your pharmacy a check up in four key areas, people, processes, platforms and pathways. Click here to start your health check and create your Revive Forex account. It only takes a few minutes to create your account. Before you start your pharmacy operational health checkup, you'll be asked to give your own personal assessment in the four key areas we mentioned, starting with the operational health of your people. At Revive RX, we assess the health of your people, capacity, capability and care. Capacity examines how well your team are coping with current workloads. Capability looks at whether your team have a versatile skill mix to suit your business needs and Care considers how well your team feel heard and supported. You can share your self-assessment by moving the sliders from a score of zero to 10. You'll then move on to the next pillar of operational health processes. We will ask you to consider the operational health of your dispensing process, stock management and processes supporting the delivery of clinical services. Using the sliders as before, you'll then move to self assess the third pillar of operational health platforms. Here we ask you to reflect on the digital maturity of your pharmacy IT platforms, how well you use technology to engage patients and the use of technology to streamline the delivery of services. Finally, you'll reflect on the operational health of Patient Pathways. This examines how well you have integrated your pharmacy into primary care referral pathways, your team's readiness to move from a dispensing centric model to a service centric model, and the leadership in your pharmacy business. Now you're ready for your pharmacy operational health check. As part of your operational health check, you'll be asked to read a series of statements. To help us assess the health of your pharmacy, select the statements that honestly reflect what you observe in your business. If there are any statements you are unsure, mirror what happens in your pharmacy. Ask your team for their input. The more honestly you select the statements, the more accurate your checkup. Once you have selected all the statements that truly reflect what you see in your pharmacy business, you'll receive the initial snapshot of your pharmacies health with your pharmacy operational health scorecard. The dials on each of the gauges in the four key pillars of operational health will give you a quick visual reflection of the health of your pharmacies, people, processes, platforms and pathways. You'll find below the gauges an initial summary diagnosis of the health of your people, your processes, your platforms, and your pathways. For a more in depth analysis on the operational health of your pharmacy, you can click here to download a full operational health report or click here for your customized Revive RX Pharmacy Excellence training prescription. Your customized training prescription will recommend a series of training modules designed to help you revive the operational health of your business. To find your training, prescription and Pharmacy health reports, you can click the icon in the top right hand side of any page. You can use the Health Check tool as many times as you like, although we would recommend reevaluating your operational health after applying some of the recommended learning in your training prescription. Let's now have a quick look at a pharmacy operational health report. The first page gives you an overview of your report and how to interpret your operational health results. You'll then learn how Revive Orex measure operational health and our definition of operational excellence. The next page shares our journey with you from diagnosis to operational excellence and how you can get more support beyond the digital training prescription such as webinars and peer coaching programs. You'll then find a visual representation of your pharmacies operational health in the four key pillars. Each gauge will give you a quick visual insight into the health of your people, your processes, your platforms, and your patient pathways. We then delve deeper into the four operational health pillars. We give you insights into your people, capacity, capability and care, then the health of your dispensing process, your stock management and clinical services. You'll see there is a simple colour scheme to help you quickly pinpoint the areas that need your focus. On the next page you'll find more insights into the health of your pharmacy, IT platforms and how well integrated you into the fabric of the primary care referral pathways. Further into the report, you will find pages that contain detailed diagnosis and suggested solutions to the silent vulnerabilities that could be oiling your pharmacy team and business. Each diagnosis goes into detail on the potential causes of your vulnerabilities and actions you could take to resolve them. And finally, you'll see a curriculum of suggested training modules you could view that contain resources, templates, and insights from peers and experts who have successfully tackled the vulnerabilities you've uncovered in your Revive RX operational health check.
