🤟This Yoga Day, Break the Bad Habits and Build Good Habits
1. I started building my focus on tasks using specific techniques. When I start working on something, I do focused work for 20 minutes to avoid overloading my mind. After 20 minutes, I take a five-minute break. This improved my workflow and helped me beat procrastination.
2. Earlier, I didn't speak much in meetings, nor did I emphasize listening. To improve, I started taking small steps, like engaging in small talk. I began listening actively to better understand and remember what others are saying.
These are some of the things I keep improving.
3. Recently, Paras Kumar, Owner of Beginweb Technologies, invited me to a BNI Wednesday meeting as a visitor. I instantly said yes because I knew I would have the opportunity to be around entrepreneurs and learn from them.
It was a great event, and I was glad to be a part of it. 😇
