On July 15, 2024, we sadly said farewell to our dear teammate, Michael Raymond. We are grateful to have had the pleasure of working with him. He was a friend to everyone on our team, and his presence in meetings and working on jobs will be missed enormously. Michael's journey started with LPC in August 2018. We were looking for an industrial TR to head up our expansion into this sector. We connected with Michael, and soon, LPC Industrial was born and growing from strength to strength. From the outset, Michael was easy to do business with, with a rare ability to get to the details quickly and yet keep things simple. Michael made his mark on the LPC team and business. Our meetings were richer for his presence, and our industrial business developed under his direction. His work ethic and optimistic nature were inspirational. Even when he became ill, he continued to attend meetings, serve clients, and help colleagues until his last days. He coined the term 'WFB' (work-from-bed), which reflects his commitment, character, courage, care, conviction, competence, and collaboration, values which LPC aspires to. Michael's legacy as an exceptional team player will live on. We will honour his memory each year with the Michael Raymond Award, presented to LPC's top team player. This is our commitment to keeping his spirit alive within our team. Michael, we want you to know that your presence is deeply missed. We are grateful for your contributions. Thank you, Michael.
