All-levels sample: It’s a type of sample that represents the product inside the tank. An all-levels sample is taken by lowering the closed sampler (which is a weighted, stoppered device or bottle) to the bottom of the outlet suction level but above any of the free water, then pulling out the stopper and raising the sampler at uniform speed until you fill about 70%–80% of it with the product.
