Fear is a powerful feeling that can stop us from doing a lot. It also stops us from experiencing a lot I get that being cautious serve a purpose, it does, especially around Lions or Sharks. But at a Clinical Pilates Studio you needn’t fear any of the following: * Getting “hurt” or “injured” (There’s simply not enough force to damage you if you are listening to the instructions correctly) * Not being able to do the exercises (Your knowledgeable instructor will guide you through exercises for the stage you are at) * Not fitting in (Your studio should be a place that is welcoming & supportive) * Re injuring and injury old or new (Your Clinical Pilates Instructor is equipped to help you work though all sorts of different issues that affect our bodies) * Not being the right “age” (Clinical Pilates is suitable for all ages of people from teens through to older adults) * Being in a room full of Lions or Sharks So don’t let fear stop you from doing something that could give your life a whole lot more than just a couple of hours of exercise per week.
