A terrific question and tough to do unless we channel a bit of the very stylish Eva Longoria. Because when it comes to dressing to flatter her height (5’1”) while simultaneously dressing for the heat she has it all figured out. Not to mention nailing one of this season’s hottest trends - Shorts-Done-Dressy. So, how can we create our own version of Eva’s look? Here are three tips to try: Look #01: Add a blazer or jacket to create a shorts-suit. " CASUAL MEANS INFORMAL, NOT CARELESS" When the word 'casual' is mentioned most people think of the "Laziest" peices of clothing in their wardrobe. Sweat pants, joggers, hoodies, over sized tees etc. Casual simply means Informal. Clearly put, everything that makes an outfit to be considered formal is taken out. Like the tie, Jacket, High heeled shoes, belts etc. Casual doesn't mean you should rush to your joggers or that big graphics T-shirt you wear all the time to feel comfortable at home. For the men, you can simply wear a well fitted t shirt tucked in with slacks, and loafer shoes to compliment the look. For ladies, it can be a bomber jacket on a gown and a pair of sneakers or boots. You'll look completely informal. At the same time, you've shown you care so much about your appearance. 📌 Whenever you're caught between being overdressed or dressing casually choose the overdressed look.
