“If anything at all was possible, what would I do?” 👆 It’s a question that everyone should ask themselves when thinking about long-term goals, according to Hello Monday Host Jessi Hempel. “The thing about thinking long-term is that we rarely think big enough,” says Hempel. “We rarely let go of the preconditions and beliefs we have about the circumstances around us to even dare to dream about what might be possible for ourselves.” What steps are you taking to reach your full potential? My long-term goals are primarily focused on upskilling myself. I have purchased multiple (lifetime access) courses from Microsoft MVPs, Codefinity, and of course actively use LinkedIn Learning. I continue to work on my skillset allowing me to offer more to potentional companies I work for. And in addition to the learning of these new skills, the concept of continous improvement of myself is often a selling point for companies. This is a reason I have been chosen over my competition in some cases (I have been told). They feel if I am willing to do this on my own time, then they feel they can expect even more from me on the clock... and they are right!

I would really like a new charity to get involved with and to create events for now I believe in me beautiful wonderful partnerships with other companies, venues, stores in house and out of house I am completely capable of mag and a team deciding on locations we’re having budget given to me and trying tofigure out the best possible way to use the money allotted for most important things. I am useful as an assistant Director, where I worked for the New York Knicks. Legend of the NBA. I have model for many designers and continue to do so under contract, which does not allow me to publish any contract items for their use but they allow me to do charity work and publicity for such and sponsor me as well, I get great items and I have a team that I depend on to go out and do the same very good encouraging and implementing what needs to be done I do not manage salaries. I am given a budget. I’ve tried to stay within. I do not keep track, but I am aware when I need to cut back and choose what is the biggest priority. I find out at the end the find earnings until after event I am a great leader and I at the best team possible can make anything happen. It’s not all about me.

Tough to see past that short-term, when it has an eviction notice on your door and $10 in a bank account. Just a "food-stamp" for thought...

Here’s a great book to explore how to break out of thinking small: “By contrast, 10x is so big and seemingly impossible that it immediately forces you out of your current mindset and approach. You can’t work 10x harder or longer. Brute force and linear methods won’t get you to 10x.” — 10x Is Easier Than 2x: How World-Class Entrepreneurs Achieve More by Doing Less by Dan Sullivan, Benjamin Hardy

The key is to get financially secured while working in whatever the capacity - employee/ self- employed, and then follow your passions/ interests whether serving as volunteer/ travel/ sports or whatever in your post-retirement. That is my views of long- term goal (s).

If i had long term goals, i would learn everyday, help people build & cognise the beautiful universe & value living life to see the beautiful possibility.

If I could do anything, in short, I want to do everything possible to help all the helpless animals and homeless veterans & people in serious need of help from all over the world 🌎
