There are plans afoot to prevent 2 specific documentary evidence from being submitted to a judge for consideration! There are 2 documents, submitted by the respondent in relation to my #TPO claim, which I released to the Tribunal under CPS' Common Law Disclosure, which links the Employment #Tribunal to my #pension #ombudsman claim! The #CPS says only judges can determine if these documents are admissible as evidence or not! Just like everyone else out there, I never thought I would have been diagnosed with terminal cancer, being given a prognosis of 66 months, 5 years ago this year. It is looking very clear my fight is not likely going to benefit myself but, if it can prevent anyone else from going through the same as my family and I are going through then, it will be worth while. All I ask is to be treated fairly and allow my evidence to be reviewed. If everything was conducted above-board, this evidence should not make any difference, should it? The Pensions Regulator Crown Prosecution Service P.S. I still believe in the British legal system. #engineering #motivation #depression #legal #law #inspiration #advice #employmentlaw #mentalhealth
The perpetrator(s) of the cyber attack have severely affected my ability fight for justice for my kids and provide financial support for them in my death! It’s not me you need to be concerned about, I cannot judge you. May God have mercy on your soul!
