Elevate Your Summer Gatherings with Haute Chefs Los Angeles Warm weather means longer days and summertime gatherings. Our idea of the perfect summer dinner party is simple – and delicious. Think dining al fresco, a grilled peach and burrata salad, and an inviting cocktail. Here’s how to throw the ideal soirée that blends ease and elegance: 1. Greet your guests with seasonal bites and apero. Gathering Boards are the perfect way to encourage mingling and nibbling (and the apero sparks the conversation) 2. Create a self-serve cocktail station - a spicy margarita or refreshing spritz will add a playful touch to the affair. 3. Select pre-styled appetizers from our drop off menu. Create an artful spread with a few of our favorites: Crab Salad on Endive + Fig Mascarpone Tartlet + Za'atar & Pomegranate Chicken Skewer 4. Put on a summer playlist: We are feeling Serge Gainsbourg & Jane Berkin, Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell, Stan Getz… (vintage vibes, you get it) All that's left to do is display the flowers you picked from your garden, light a few candles and voila! A dreamy celebration of the season's simple pleasures. https://lnkd.in/gaNTTKY4

Last week, I was invited to try the newest restaurant at the Corners of Brookfield, and not only was the food delicious and the ambiance amazing, but I ran into so many amazing people like Alicia Wilson and Jeff Schmidt and Elizabeth Kay. Elizabeth Kay is beautiful inside and out, and one of the sweetest people I have met. I hope you enjoyed your dinner and date night out at the new Margaux Brasserie as much as we did. Is it normal to go on holiday and have dinner every day at the same restaurant you found on day one? My boys and I were on holiday recently and wow was it needed! On day one of our trip we found this cute restaurant that overlooked the sea. The food was fantastic (and don’t even get me started on the cocktails) but that wasn’t why it stood out above the other restaurants we tried. It didn’t even have the widest variety of dishes, and yet this unassuming restaurant called Gypsie kept pulling us back. So what was it? It was simple. They made us feel welcome. They knew when to leave us be and when to stop by for a chat. They looked after us and made sure we felt at home. Thinking of it now, it reminds me of one of my favourite Maya Angelou quotes: People will forget what you say People will forget what you do But people will never forget how you made them feel. For us at Poised this translates to remembering our client’s favourite tea brand and ensuring the house is always stocked with it. Or remembering that a certain client likes his house super cold (When I am mean cold, I mean seriously cold) and ensuring it is at his ideal temperature by the time he steps in. Or having a gift waiting at home for a client’s daughter who just graduated. What about you? How do you connect with your clients? #lifestylemanagement #London #lifestyle #aboveandbeyond #Surrey #customercentric #LondonConcierge #Concierge #tailormadeservice #

Kazdoura project: Kazdoura is a Lebanese restaurant whose concept and mission is to take Lebanese cuisine beyond the traditional mold. The goal is to present modern Lebanese food that retains the authentic Lebanese flavor profile, but in an artful and visually appealing way for the public. One solution that effectively reflects this goal is the use of a studio-style presentation, where the components of each dish are displayed in the appropriate manner and arranged in an artistic format suited to the theme of the dish. Some of the results achieved through this approach include:
