We are deeply disturbed by recent online content from within the Queer world that refers to Hamas as legitimate "resistance". As a terror organization, Hamas has operated against civilians for years, consistently and monstrously violating the human rights of LGBTQ+ individuals — particularly those of Queer Palestinians. In their heinous attacks of October 7, Hamas terrorists raped, tortured, and murdered innocent Israeli citizens. The Hamas movement opposes all the values that are dear to our community, including freedom, diversity, and the celebration of life. Those who support or excuse Hamas’s terrible crimes are no friends of the world’s LGBTQ+ community. LGBTech is firmly committed to the professional advancement and total equality of Israel’s LGBTQ+ community — including Jews, Muslims, Christians, and those from all walks of life. We are saddened by the loss of innocent lives in Israel and Gaza and hope for a peaceful solution that will allow Israelis and Palestinians to coexist, and for Jews and Muslims to be safe around the world. To achieve this, both Palestinians and Israelis must be free of the terror of Hamas, and all citizens of conscience must reject the growing scourges of antisemitism and Islamophobia. Pride Without Prejudice: St. John's Pride St. John's Pride's recent announcement, selecting Palestine Action YYT as its Grand Marshal for their parade, starkly exposes the glaring hypocrisy between its professed commitment to inclusivity and its divisive actions alienating Jewish and pro-Israel LGBTQ+ community members. What They Say: St. John's Pride claims to stand firmly against all forms of discrimination, including antisemitism. They assert that everyone is welcome at Pride, with nobody being excluded from the festival. Its stated goal is to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and respected. What They Do: Exclusionary Practices: By selecting Palestine Action YYT as its Grand Marshal, St. John's Pride endorses a movement that often promotes hostile rhetoric towards Jewish and pro-Israel participants, creating an unsafe environment for Jewish LGBTQ+ community members and their allies. Selective Solidarity: Its decision to align with a group known for its antagonistic stance further marginalizes Jewish individuals and institutions, contradicting the organization's stated values of unity and acceptance. In CyberScoop: Emerald Divide, a multi-phase Iranian-linked campaign seeks to divide and undermine Israeli society. "Emerald Divide’s operation can be split into three phases with distinct objectives and corresponding narratives. The first phase sought to increase conflict between Israel’s ultra-Orthodox religious groups and the country’s LGBTQ+ community. The second aimed for political unrest by pitting those on the Israeli left versus those on the Israeli right, while the third and current phase sought to sow discontent among Israelis regarding the government response to the Hamas attacks."

A quick overview of the role that Iran plays in the Middle East and how they are loving what is happening. Those who think that Israel is causing WWIII please read. Facts: 1. Iran funds Hamas, the Houthis, and Hezbollah 2. These groups have done nothing to help the people of Gaza yet attack Israel on behalf of Iran 3. These groups as well as Iran are horribly repressive towards women and the LGBTQ+ communities in their countries (Israel isn’t by the way) 4. Iran congratulated and gave support for student protests around the world…and said their right to free speech must be respected (except it doesn’t exist in Iran) Point: a world war would be horrible. Blaming it all on the US and Israel and ignoring Iran (we can add Russia and China to this) makes no sense.

In 1993, the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy was passed, which prohibited the military from asking about one’s sexuality but also prohibited openly gay, lesbian or bisexual persons from serving in the military. Though now seen by many as regressive, “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” was an improvement on the 1982 policy that explicitly banned gay men and lesbians from serving. In 2011, Congress repealed the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy and allowed gay, lesbian and bisexual men and women to serve openly in the military. In 2021, a policy was passed allowing transgender people to openly serve. The Department of Defense has a rich history of expanding its circle of inclusivity, setting an example for the rest of the nation. The absurdity of Progressivism in full glory: Progressive LGBTQ members and feminists cheering for terror, while encouraging and justifying a massacre of epic proportions, condoning the brutal killing of civilians, many of whom were actually their fellow Progressive brothers and sisters! Some form of self mutilation by praising the perceived ‘underdog’ at all cost? There are maybe a billion islamists, and less than 10M Israelis. Our Western values system is cracking at the seams for permitting this toxicity across Europe and the US. Didn’t learn from WW2. Our Never Again slogans are replaced by mobs hellbent on ensuring it happens again and 10x worse. If these groups fail to understand that Palestinians tie their ilk to pickup trucks and parade them to their death for being gay or feminists, what does that say about our education system? Our values as a society?

A new survey published by London TravelWatch has found that one in five LGBTQ+ people have experienced hate crime while using the public transport network in London over the past year, but more than 80% felt unable to report the incident to police, prompting calls for the Metropolitan Police and British Transport Police (BTP) to renew efforts to build confidence in policing among members of the LGBT+ community, as Policing Insight’s Thomas James reports. ❝The report found that 72% of respondents said they would hide or disguise their LGBTQ+ identity while travelling, while more than a third (35%) said they regularly scan surrounding areas for hiding spots or escape routes while using the public transport network.❞ ❝Just 33% of respondents said that seeing the Metropolitan Police made them feel safer while using public transport, while almost half (49%) of LGBTQ+ respondents disagreed.❞ ❝I was choked unconscious in an assault at a train station in central London after leaving a gay nightclub. When I regained consciousness and found a policeman, I was just told to go to the nearest police station. This time 10 years ago I was in the middle of a desert editing photos that I took two days prior of a personnel recovery exercise in the middle of the Arabian Gulf. The last 10 years have been a whirlwind of experiences in my career: 2014 - 2015: Deployed with the U.S. Army to the Middle East 2015 - 2017: Finish up my undergraduate degree in cultural entrepreneurship 2017 - 2021: Work as a federal employee 2021 - Present: Work in two different corporate environments in two different industries 2021 - Present: Start my own business as a coach and speaker 2022: Exit the military after 10 years of service 2024: Begin ghostwriting for LGBTQ+ coaches Throw in coming out as transgender and medically transitioning, getting married, and having a baby in there too and it’s still a glimpse of the last decade. I’m sure you have a similar story of challenges and celebrations over the years. Here is my reminder to you: People overestimate what they can achieve in a year, and they underestimate what they can achieve in a decade. Keep going. P.S.
