The Atrium at Sumner designed by Studio Libeskind is now open in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn! 🎀✂️ Built on an underutilized section of the Sumner Houses campus, the building adds nearly 200 affordable apartments to the development that are reserved for low-income seniors and those who formerly experienced homelessness. Among its many features, the Atrium offers vibrant, inclusive spaces designed to enhance the quality of life of its senior residents—and it is projected to use up to 70% less energy than the average New York apartment.
