📚 The penultimate hurdle! I’m almost at the end of my CIPD course, and despite the challenges, it's been totally worth it. This course has given me such a deeper understanding of HR, and I’m excited about what I’ve learnt. Right now, I’m focusing on a module about rewards and how they affect different organisational and psychological factors.
