As a token of appreciation to our LEGENDary team, we had a visit from an ice cream truck at our global headquarters in Somerset, NJ. It was the perfect way to cool down and catch up with colleagues on this hot summer day. #WeAreLegend

even within the best team system, there should always be space to celebrate individual excellence. that's how i view team building now and always. star players need recognition. star players don't need the same type of check-ins as the b-team. star players dream (a lot) and want to see things come to life. it doesn't take much to keep people happy. let them create and then give them recognition. simple. like pharrell here for his debut collection for vuitton. puts on an amazing show and ends with bringing out the entire team. for every cmo, head of marketing, head of creative that wins awards, there are tens, hundreds, thousands of people that contributed to those awards. or simply - created the ideas that led to those awards. i want those people. building out creative fire power here at Lucky Beverage Co. so hit me up. we can chit chat and see if there's something we can do together. is this how linkedin works? we network and what not. love.

Building a brand whilst trying to 'human' is not easy... The last 2 months have been a whirlwind of positivity at Mixtons 2 new retail launches (one being announced this week 👀) 8 festivals 🎪 13 new activation interns joining the business 🎉 1 new senior events manager 👏🏼 And so much more exciting stuff... But I think it's important to highlight what is rarely shown.. Since the start of May I've had 2 days off. My landlord decided to sell our house exactly 2 months ago. Perfect timing. The added pressure and deadline of finding a roof, alongside juggling the business, has led to me not being at my best; Poor email response timings 📧 Being frankly sh*t with friends/family (sorry!) 🥲 Mental overload meaning my thoughts aren't as clear 🧠 And a general feeling of guilt that I'm not able to operate at 100% in any aspect of my life 🫨 Thing is, I know it'll be worth it. How lucky are we to be able to do what we do? To create industry-changing products? To lead an incredible team? To facilitate the creation of core memories for people? It's not easy, but I wouldn't change it for anything. I'll sleep when I'm older... (and hopefully next weekend 🤞🏼)

"A Brickie alone is just a stone, but add all those Brickies together, and you end up with a powerful team." 💙 Brickies are first and foremost proud of where they work and radiate it. They are true Unibricks ambassadors and, as a "proud Brickie," never miss an opportunity to put their employer in the spotlight. A Brickie understands that a company can only grow through good cooperation. Alone, you stand nowhere. Excellent teamwork, both with your own team and all other teams, is therefore high on the priority list. By combining the knowledge of different teams and keeping communication open across departmental boundaries, we come up with creative out-of-the-box ideas that are crucial for successful growth. Also outside office hours Brickies like to engage in conversation and be inspired by other sector specialists, colleagues & partners. They also like to drink a pint to scout future fellow Brickies at the pub.

Creating Unforgettable VIP Experiences and Incentives in Hospitality, Sport & Music | Transforming Events into Lifelong Memories
It takes a village, as they say. And in the world of events, that couldn't be more true. I'm often asked how I manage to juggle multiple events, client calls, and still maintain a semblance of sanity. The answer lies in the incredible team we have built, " The Dream Team." These aren't just colleagues, they're experts in their respective fields: → Visionary designers who transform spaces into works of art. → Tech wizards who bring events to life with sound and lighting. → Logistics experts who ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. → Culinary masterminds who create unforgettable dining experiences. I'm not a one-woman show, and I wouldn't want to be. My role is to curate a team of talented individuals and provide clear vision and direction. Together, we create experiences that go beyond expectations, leaving our clients (and me!) in awe. It's a testament to the power of collaboration and to recognise that we're all stronger together. Huge Gratitude to our collaborative partners.

The Unifying Power of Wearing a Sports Team Jersey: A reflection of unity in the workplace💪 Wearing a sports team jersey is a profound act of unity. It rises above personal differences like religion, color, race, financial status, and background, creating a sense of belonging to something greater. In that moment, nothing is more important than being part of a collective, united by a shared purpose and a common cause. When you wear that jersey, you are no longer just an individual..you become a vital part of a team, striving together, cheering together and even suffering losses together. This sense of unity and collective identity is not just limited to the sports arena. It mirrors the collaborative spirit we strive to cultivate in our workplaces and organizations. Just like sports fans don their jerseys with pride and passion, employees in a workplace join forces, setting aside individual differences to work toward a shared goal. In a well-functioning team, it doesn’t matter where you come from or what your background is; what matters is the mission at hand. The metaphor of the sports team jersey is a powerful reminder of the importance of unity and teamwork in the workplace. It signifies that, despite our diverse backgrounds and individual differences, we can come together to form a cohesive unit. When we unite for a common cause, we become more than the sum of our parts, capable of achieving remarkable things. In the end, it's this shared sense of purpose and camaraderie that drives success, both on the field and in the workplace. #truism "Creating a strong team is like having everyone wear the same jersey".
