This made me reflect on the perception of Human Resources among today's youth.
At just 15, Ketaki's view was likely shaped by misconceptions. I took the opportunity to set the record straight.
I explained to her that HR is a vital part of any organization, responsible for a wide array of functions that are crucial for the smooth running and success of a company. From recruiting the right talent and managing employee relations to developing policies and ensuring compliance with laws, HR professionals play a critical role.
I shared a glimpse of the diverse and essential responsibilities HR covers, emphasizing how it impacts employee satisfaction, organizational culture, and overall business success.
Hopefully, this conversation helped her see HR in a new light and understand its significance. 🌟

Human Resource Department is core for any developed organization but unfortunately in our local so called "Seth Culture" ,they are totally controlled by Managers, General Managers, Directors and owners. The Human Resource department is forced to work for these managers only neglecting the rights of employees.
On other hand, MNC's efforts are appreciable in this aspect for providing opportunities to this department to work independently.
