Recently, our leaders had an unforgettable experience at the California Institution for Women, teaming up with our nonprofit partner, Defy Ventures. We spent the day coaching a group of Entrepreneurs-in-Training (EITs) and left feeling profoundly inspired. Defy Ventures helps transform the lives of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals by teaching them entrepreneurial skills. These EITs blew us away with their business pitches and heartfelt stories, showcasing the incredible impact of Defy’s programs.
