So Nick, why, why are we so resistant to change, right? I think that's, that's the topic that we're trying to talk about right now, because on Wednesday we have our first weekly webinar with, you know, how are Genz killing your current business, right? And you said it really great a minute ago. It's not essentially that they're killing your business, but they're going to do things that you're not willing to do. So let's talk about that a little bit. And this is the big point we want to talk about right now. We're putting yourself on video. And they doing that and the others not doing that, The millennials to talk about that a little bit for us. Yeah. So there's this misconception right now that it's hard to hire, It's hard to find the right people. Gen. Z doesn't want to work. And that by bringing in younger staff, they're going to kill the business. What's going to kill the business is not adapting to the change that Gen. Z doesn't have to adapt to. They're going to do the things that you're unwilling to do because it's all they know. And what they know is far more advanced than what it is that you even understand. That works when it comes to social media. Therefore, what we have to consider is that if we don't adapt to change, if we're resistant to change and growing with the way that things are moving to, to bring your business to market, they will kill it because there's going to be so many businesses that pop up where they don't even have to think twice about whether or not they're going to start leveraging social media. And that absolutely will kill your firm, right? Or any business for that matter, right. And I actually think the more that I'm thinking about it now, right it's. If you think about, let's say an older gentleman or someone a little bit in there, they're they're elderly years, right? Sitting there going, well, I can't do that. I can't do what that guy's doing in his 20s or he's he's, he's her mid 20s right now. I think it's actually realizing that you might not do it like they're doing it, but you've got to do it. You've still got to do it. When you are going to do it, you're going to add your personality to it and something so special about how you're doing it because we stay one of our favorite phrases people by people, right? If you don't do it, you're just going to miss out. And you need to do that. So I think some people are so scared because they're seeing these younger generations and the Genz generation doing it, that they don't think they can keep up with that. And I think it's just go and do it. And we spoke about this earlier. We know we're going to look like an idiot, right? We know that these videos aren't perfect, but I'm wearing a creased shirt right now, fully transparent. It's not iron very well, right? These aren't perfect, but we're putting it out there and we keep doing it. We keep showing up. So this is a big, big point that we're talking about on Wednesday and our weekly webinar. And we really wanted to touch on that today about not being, not being afraid to start and just going for it. What else? What else can we give them, Nick, that they can feel the confidence to go out there and do that? I, I think that just acknowledging the bias that we have on proven methods, proven methods over time reinforce what got us to where we're at. But what got us where we're at isn't necessarily going to get us to where we want to go. And so we have to come to this reality that sometimes the things that we know have worked are not working anymore. And that's where we're at right now. And so every day that you're beat, you wait is another day that you're behind. And so we have to figure out a way to overcome that biased. And we all have them like we all have these things we've done for a really long time. And then it's hard for us to to want to adapt. I always think about exercise. You know, 20 years ago there was the best way to do something, the best way to eat. If you look at 20 years to now, all the recommendations are different because we always find ways to improve. And it's the same for business, right? And so we absolutely have to just overcome the things that we knew worked. Aren't working anymore. And if you see that happening now or slow down your business, use that as the confirmation that you need in order to overcome that. Because yeah, the stuff that you did before may have worked. It may have gotten to where you're at, but it's not going to get you to where you want to go. And so that's one of the big things. How do we overcome that bias? And it's just just committing to the process. Like you're saying, you have to just do it. Done is better than perfect. Our videos aren't always great, but we do them anyway because you're going to get better the more that you do it. So volume is going to equate to quality over time. Just get it.
