Co-Founder & Owner at Bubty 🚀| Helping companies manage freelancers, globally! | Passionate to redefine "work" |

Why "owning" freelancer relationships translates to building private talent pools: In a recent podcast, I discussed a reality many companies still struggle with: ❌ No one "owns" a freelancer. This workforce is tied only to the project, period, and payment, not traditional employment. My position is clear: If you want to be the top choice for freelancers, strive to work with them as directly as possible. And let's recognize the shift… nearly half of the global workforce (47%) is contingent, and 82% of businesses have seen a massive increase in demand for non-employee workers. 📈 While the contingent workforce is growing, yet many companies are still juggling their freelance talent manually, with spreadsheets, emails and instant messaging like Whatsapp - leading to wasted time, and missed opportunities, and above potential risks. I see this not as a challenge, but as an opportunity for growth. ✅ The goal? Companies need to centralize and simplify this resource so that everyone in the organization can tap into this pool of skilled professionals. Why centralize? Without a system, there is not just the risk of misclassification; talent gets a poor experience with your company. The key is to ensure they are part of a well-oiled machine that values their contribution and fosters a positive work environment. At Bubty, the essence of our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to flexible work by providing the technology that supports companies leveraging this type of workforce in the easiest possible way. What are your thoughts on building private talent pools? Do you think leveraging our networks is the future, or will we continue relying on external factors? Let's discuss. #talentmanagement #privatetalentpools #contingentworkforce
