Let's talk about personal development... Personal development is a life long journey of improving yourself everyday bit by bit in every area of your life. It's about seeking knowledge, creating good habits, improving your quality of life and working towards your goals, dreams and aspirations. I personally make it a habit to better myself everyday, even if it's just by 1%. I do this by working on 5 key areas: my mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. I make sure I do something everyday that helps me work towards a goal in each of those areas. They could be exercise, connecting with family and friends, practising gratitude, journalling or just making time for self-care.
