I celebrated New Year’s Day 4 times last year. All at different times. All in different places. In Europe first, then in three different states in India. I just happened to be in the right state at the right time to be able to witness the celebrations. Celebrations of new beginnings. I thought about it some more over the weekend, when the Lunar New Year was being celebrated. What does that tell you? 👉🏽 To me, it means that we can set our own beginnings and it can happen at different times. 👉🏽 We do not have to wait for the new year to start, before we start making changes or start working on new goals. If there is something you want to change in your life or something you want to work towards, don't wait for the new year, new month, or new day. You can create your own beginning. Anytime. It’s not so much about WHEN you want to start, but IF you want to start. If there is something in life you want to start doing, be it self-care, a hobby, a side hustle, or whatever it may be. I'm taking up a new challenge today! ✨ Something a bit out of my comfort zone.
