I set a new challenge: to build a pioneering FinTech platform uniquely designed to facilitate the AgriFood industry's alignment with carbon offsetting and climate control regulations and practices (EU Platform on Sustainable Finance ). This platform is an 'Alternative Market Mechanism for Financial Inclusion' (AMMFI), that generates incentives to protect nature and turn natural capital into financial values. Do you have customers… Or do you have raving fans? What do you do to differentiate your brand? Yesterday at ConnectWise IT Nation I had the privilege of seeing Jesse Cole of the Savannah Bananas present on the 5 Es to Creating Raving Fans and it’s really got my brain working on how we at CyberStreams could go about differentiating ourselves from all of the other technology providers who look and sound the same as we do. To really make deep and meaningful connections with our clients. To find our raving fans. I’ve pasted my notes below and a YouTube video of him giving the same speech at another event. Definitely worth a watch. • Whatever’s normal, do the exact opposite • Eliminate friction - put yourself in the customer shoes, look in the mirror and do what it takes to solve the problems and remove friction. Where you can’t remove friction, make it more fun. ○ Seek out the friction.
