Leading others effectively means embracing a growth mindset and being open to learning and evolving. Every challenge is a chance to grow, inspire, and lead with purpose. I’m embracing this mindset through every new opportunity. From preparing for my 2025 book launch to navigating board meetings nationwide, I’m learning and growing each day. I’m also making sure to enjoy the season by saying “yes” to new adventures and savoring both sun-drenched and rain-soaked moments. Yes this is key to leadership! Leaders who are not leaning into their growth mindeser and therefore evolving, become stagnant and don’t inspire their teams.
