Just finished reading an amazing book - 'The Four Agreements' by Don Miguel Ruiz. The insights in the book have really helped me look at tricky situations from a whole new perspective. And you know me, I couldn't keep this all to myself! In this video, I share what I got out of the book and how it's influencing my daily actions and decisions. The main points are: 1. Be impeccable with your word - It's all about walking your talk. Simple to say, but powerful when done right. Your words should be as reliable as a Swiss watch! 2. Don't take things personally - If someone's got road rage, chances are it's more about them than you. We often let other people's moods dictate our worth, and it's high time we stop. 3. Don't make assumptions - We humans are master storytellers, especially when we're guessing others' intentions. How about asking them directly? We might be surprised by what we learn. 4. Always do your best - Sounds cliché, but truly giving it your all, in every situation, isn't just about personal commitment. It shows your team that you're in it 100%, inspiring them to do the same. I've found that living by these four agreements keeps me grounded and focused, even when life gets a little crazy. Check out my video where I dive deeper into each point.
