The Utility Undergrounding Life-Cycle Cost Guide identifies multiple investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, and municipal system operators embracing strategic undergrounding in every part of North America.   High-profile examples include Dominion Energy’s Strategic Undergrounding Program, Florida Power & Light’s two programs including Storm Secure Underground Program and municipality/community-initiated underground conversions, Georgia Power Company’s Grid Investment Program, San Diego Gas & Electric’s Strategic Undergrounding Program, and Pepco’s DC PLUG, among others.   The Utility Undergrounding Life-Cycle Cost Guide was developed by the Power Delivery Intelligence Initiative and Continuum Capital.
