Is there a way to get in touch with Mr. Reece? I was working for a competitor, Spartan Armor Systems, and the COO continued to mock Mr. Reece for his (and my own) faith. Finally, I actively took a stand and let it be known (politely) that I was not comfortable with him (our COO Mahendra) using our Microsoft Teams chat to make fun of Christians, Pastors, or anyone for their beliefs/religious practices--as a result, I was terminated for this. I posted some of the convo below. I'd like to see if Mr. Reece is hiring or knows of anyone who is. I'd like to find a job where people are not made fun or or mocked for their faith and where Veterans and LEO's are not referred to as "grungy", "dumb tactiCOOL bros", and the like. My fiance is a Veteran, as are many of my family members, and I have friends who are Pastors, and I could no longer endure the virtual and hate. As a Christian myself these comments deeply bothered me, but speaking up changed the whole nature of the relationship at work and I was let go right after that. Any advice for Christians who stand up for their beliefs and get fired over it? Thank you.
