Nursing Home Administrator | Bachelor of Business Administration

Happy Saturday, family! 🌟 Today, I'm taking a break from the hustle to indulge in a bit of 'enjoy the moment, a lil organizing and cleaning' therapy. And guess what I stumbled upon? My 2016 CEO Round Table Award! 🏆 Ah, the memories... if you know, you know! Shoutout to all my SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC folks! As nursing home administrators, we're the unsung heroes of healthcare, striving every day to be the cream of the crop in our sphere of influence. Why? Well, for starters: 1️⃣ We're the masters of multitasking - juggling residents' needs, staff management, and regulatory requirements like it's nobody's business. 2️⃣ Our problem-solving skills are top-notch - whether it's navigating budget constraints or resolving conflicts, we always find a way. 3️⃣ Empathy is our middle name - we're there for our residents and their families, providing support and comfort through thick and thin. 4️⃣ Innovation is our jam - from implementing new technologies to improving care practices, we're always seeking ways to elevate the standard of care. So, here's a gentle reminder to my fellow healthcare leaders: let's keep pushing the boundaries and striving for excellence every single day! 💪 And remember, today in your personal life, be the best of the best, making the best of every moment. Cheers to that! 🥂 #HealthcareHeroes #NursingHomeLife #SaturdayVibes"

Lamont G. Jones people don't give admins enough credit, but when you are the lone person leading the building it can be taxing. What I learned early is that the NHA doesn't need to be the smartest, but needs to be the best judge when making decisions. Side note, all three of my Round Table Eagles are no more! Daughter climbed in my closet and knocked the box over that held them. Kind of like Sava, they are just a really great memory😂

I help SNFs get paid for Part B supplies. • We don’t get paid unless you do • Supplies pay for themselves • No upfront cost

This is no joke! I saw it as a CNA, then as a vendor, now as husband to an incredible administrator. Being an NHA is like the professional world equivalent to being a Navy Seal. Having worked tons of jobs and observed more, I can confidently say yours is top three most difficult. (That includes a job I had cutting trails in the mountains above 10,000 feet and another working augers in -40 degree Wyoming winters.) Y’all are puh-retty awesome Lamont!
