🌟 Reflecting on a Transformative Year 🌟 As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on a period of profound personal and global transformation. This year has been a journey of embracing change, marked by joyous personal milestones and professional achievements. 👶 Welcoming my second daughter, it was a celebration of life and love, reaffirming the beauty and complexity of family dynamics. 🏢 Returning to work, I discovered newfound aspects of my resilience and potential. It's been a year of learning - about my strengths, limitations, and the power of accepting help. This journey of self-discovery and growth wouldn't have been the same without the amazing support from my Performance Development Manager, Julian Watts, whose support made my transition back to work smooth and empowering. 🌱 My involvement in the KPMG Illuminate program, guided by Cat-Thao Nguyen, Simon Benson, Mayavan Manivannan opened a new chapter in my life.
