🌟 Celebrating 50 Years of Innovation and Collaboration For the past five decades, Kubota's focus has been clear: It's all about people. As we look forward to the next 50 years, we continue to prioritize the power of collaboration and shared knowledge. Last week, we had an incredible opportunity to gather insights and experiences on supply chain, production, logistics, and transport topics. By bringing together highly skilled and motivated individuals from various Kubota teams, along with our valued suppliers, to share best practices and innovative ideas. From tractors to construction machinery, and across functions like purchasing, freight forwarding, storage facilities, and third-party logistics, we broke down silos and fostered cross-functional synergy. What makes this gathering truly special is the diverse mix of cultures and perspectives. With participants from Germany, the USA, France, Japan, and the Netherlands, we are progressing hand in hand, united by our common goals. "It was great to see so many dedicated and involved people in one space, working on common purposes.” says Dimitri Manoussis - VP of SCM & Assembly. Here's to another 50 years of growth, innovation, and most importantly, people. #KUBOTATEAM #50yearKubotaEurope #FOREARTHFORLIFE Thomas Kramer Andrea Ceriani Alex Woods @ideyoichi Ron Kuijpers DIMITRI MANOUSSIS
