What happened to BetaWare? How do you manage to pay salary on 1st day of the month if that day of the week is saturday or sunday? We pay salaries on the first working day of the month, since croatian banks don’t allow transactions during weekends. Seems like a nice perk to finish at 13h on fridays! If you work 36 hours per week instead of regular 40, that means you give 4 hours extra on fridays (like 2 extra days of vacations per month). Counting the breaks (lunch, smoking, toilet) 1 hour per day, it means you come down to 31 working hour per week (124 working hours per month). Oh, but 2 days per month you have to cut out for vacations, so you drop to 108 working hours per month. And you take one sick day per month on average, we come down to 100 working hours per month. Impressive that you can afford that and still make a nice profit! 🙌 Additional healthcare is great, I would suggest also extra healthcare (dopunsko i dodatno) but also insurance in case of an accident (it cost almost nothing and it provides money to family members if someone has an accident). Keep up the good work! I hope you exceed all your expectations by far!
