What are your clients really saying to you at this moment? Is there a loss of business here that they need to be compensated for? Who compensates for all of it? The large and significant factor around this outage is business interruption, and understanding and quantifying the damages that come from business interruption are a very big deal and will likely take far longer than the amount of time it will take to recover from this outage. So when you talk to your clients now, what do they want to know from you? If you can give us some sort of anecdote on what people are looking for? You know, really what they're looking for is they want to know how do they, how do they fix this problem? So what, what's important is that crowd strike very quickly published a remediation guide that described the issue and described the fix. So what our clients are asking us to describe is how do we implement this? How are others implementing these kinds of remedial steps efficiently, broadly and as quickly as possible. The other question that's being asked is, you know, how is the business? Ecosystem affected and what I mean is if company A is not affected, but company A relies on company BC&D, if company BC or D has an outage issue, they want to understand how does that outage affect their business. And so that's a very important component part of this. This is not necessarily an even to your very first question, a question of whether or not the company itself is affected. It's it's really a larger question of how does the business supply chain, how does that connected business ecosystem. How is that ecosystem affected when sub parties or third parties that are relied upon have an outage? And so our clients are really trying to understand the full picture right now and we're working to try to help them understand and address the full picture.

2023 has been marked as a year of global conflict and unrest, all of which will impact the cyber threat landscape for years to come. However, one of the most significant cyber security developments for 2024 isn’t driven by attackers. It’s driven by regulators, law enforcement, and investors.
