Great advise from the wonderful Miriam Wood, Insentra Partner Success Manager. Whilst the importance of productivity hacks and time management is undeniable, the Mim’s final point resonates most with me: investing in relationships. Here's why: Customers: Taking the time to understand their needs, actively listen to their concerns, and fostering genuine connections builds trust and loyalty. Happy customers are not only repeat customers, but also enthusiastic brand advocates and your ‘Raving Fans’! Colleagues: Building strong relationships within your crew leads to better collaboration, improved communication, and a more positive work environment. When you value your colleagues and support each other, tackling challenges becomes easier and achieving goals more fulfilling. The Effortless Vibe: By prioritising relationships, you create a sense of authenticity and approachability. People are drawn to those who are genuinely interested in them, and this positive energy fosters a more productive and enjoyable work atmosphere for everyone. The Takeaway: While productivity hacks are valuable tools, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is the secret sauce that takes success to the next level. Invest in your connections, and watch your work become not just productive, but also truly rewarding.

**IT Channel shout out of the week! 5 tips on productivity and...food prep! Of all the great conversations I had this week, a highlight was with Ben Tong from Insight. Whilst we were meeting to chat about the Insentra and Insight partnership, I actually was blown away by his approach to productivity and how he gets stuff done! Having a background in the fitness industry, I had an inkling he might be a focussed high achiever when we started talking about meal prep (one of my favourite topics!) and the benefits for health as well as setting up for the week. But as he was sharing what he works on, how he supports clients and how he's gone from strength to strength in his role - I asked him how he does it. Some key takeaways to consider for you or your team *Split the day into thirds - have 3 focus areas which include following anything up from the day before as well as meetings and any new business *Triage your emails - scan and attend/prioritise (don't get stuck!) *Put your attention and energy on the high value and high impact tasks - are you giving the same time and attention to everything? What do you need to let go, say no to? *Put effort into relationships and love what you do - this creates an effortless vibe and energy which people can't help but respond positively to! *And finally - the power and importance of food prep and how to train and eat healthily without getting bored. He has some great ideas on different sauces and cooking methods to make this a fun way of life

Eat a little extra this holiday season? (Don’t worry, we did too). With all the parties, dinners, and cookie exchanges, you’re likely carrying a couple extra pounds than usual.
