#Lublin is taking another leap into a greener future by commencing the construction of the first-ever hydrogen station in the #Lubelskie Voivodeship! 🚗🚌💨 PAK-PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy has officially begun building an external hydrogen station adjacent to the bus depot on Grygowa Street. This station, scheduled for completion by June 2024, ensures the use of "green" hydrogen sourced from renewable energy! 🌱🔄 The station will be accessible to the public, offering convenience for anyone looking to refuel with hydrogen in Lublin. But that's not all – this initiative is a pivotal step towards initiating a tender for the purchase of hydrogen-powered buses by the City of Lublin. Municipal Transport Company (MPK) Lublin has applied for full funding from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management for twenty 12-meter hydrogen-fueled buses. The funding covers 100% of the project, with a total value of 80 million PLN. ✅♻️ The expansion of hydrogen transport and the establishment of vital refuelling infrastructure align with Lublin's 2030 Strategy, which focuses on diversifying energy sources and creating a sustainable, zero-emission transportation system—user-friendly and environmentally neutral. This initiative reflects Lublin's commitment to eco-friendly mobility and a cleaner future. 🌍🚗 For more details, check out 👉 https://lnkd.in/drQ3bTV5 and Mariusz Sagan, PhD Robert Żyśko Przemysław Gruba Dorota Wolińska-Pietrzak Marcin Garbowski Marzena Strok-Sadło Marta Sztandarska Oliwia Wójtowicz Sławomir Roszczenko Maciej Nietopiel ZE PAK SA Gospodarczy Lublin Narodowy Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej
