TONER CARTRIDGE TIPS Save money by getting more value out of your laser printer cartridges (some also work on inks) :- ·       When the toner is low or showing as needing replacing give the cartridge a gentle shake from end to end to dislodge any toner stuck to the cartridge walls. ·       Make sure you only print what you really need to, sounds obvious but it’s amazing how many people hit ‘Print’ just to read an email and even worse print in full colour. ·       Always proofread documents on screen so when you do print it should be the final copy. ·       Check to see if there are higher capacity cartridges available for your printer, they are almost always better value for money. ·       Print using the ‘Draft’ or lowest quality setting whenever possible. https://lnkd.in/erx8wFQx #RentDontBuy #PrinterSavior #EcoFriendlyPrinting #MoneySaver #SustainableChoice #PrintSmart #Green

A huge step forward for DTG printing. Great for small users but incredibly valuable if you’re controlling a large fleet of DTG systems across multiple sites (even international locations - managed by the built in cloud syncing of assets). Get not only the best gamut out of your printer with great contrast and colorful images but also achieve impressive color matches between different garment colors and even across different printer types using the well known automatic profiling function in Calibrator. As a side effect all print relevant settings are combined in the PMM allowing for impressive out-of-the-box spot color matching, making fine tuning a rather rare occurrence. One of my favorites: while some print settings changes in the profile are possible, there’s an actual “reset” feature that memorizes the actual settings used during the initial profiling, so you can always revert to what you profiled. And you can duplicate a profile and try for example different settings for some of the profiling stages to test if these yield better results… The DTG Tool allows fine tuning for the actual used garment color to render out underbase white and significantly reduce ink usage and improve hand feel (always verify with a wash test the durability of the setup).

CMYK: four colours that many print businesses will be well aware of. But limiting yourself to just these four might be putting your business behind others.
