❤️Folks Have you ever seen an Eagle swim? I came across this amazing video of an American bald eagle swimming to the shore while carrying a fish in its powerful talons. The eagle does a stroke similar to our butterfly stroke, using its powerful wings to propel itself through the water. It is a rare & fascinating sight to behold. 👉This video made me think about how we can #LearnImprovise from nature & adapt to new situations #NewWayOfThinking #NewWayOfDoing #ThinkOutOfBox . 👉The eagle could have given up on its catch, or waited for help, but instead it found a way to overcome the challenge and reach its goal. It showed #resilience, #creativity, & #determination. 👉We often face obstacles & #uncertainties in our personal and professional lives. Sometimes, we may feel like we are out of our element, or that we don't have the right skills or resources to succeed. 👉But instead of giving up, we can look for new ways to solve problems and achieve our objectives. We can use our existing strengths and learn new skills. We can embrace #ChangeAndInnovation. 👉The eagle swimming with a fish is a reminder that we can do more than we think. 👉We can adapt to new ways and thrive in any environment. Ever thought about picking up skiing at 61? I first hit the slopes at 24 and often boast to my husband and kids about how brave I was to take on skiing at that age.😬 I love reflecting on this story because there are two parts of it: 1️⃣ As kids, we don't always get to choose what we do — our choices are often shaped by our parents, what's available, or what’s expected of us. 2️⃣ As adults, we finally get to choose, but new challenges pop up — we might think we're too busy, too expensive, or feel like it’s just too late to start something new. . Don't let your early exposures define lifelong possibilities. Whether it's societal norms, parental preferences, or just not having the opportunity "yet ", don't let these factors hold you back now. Embrace the liberty that comes with adulthood and dive into something new. At least, don't let" too old" be your excuse to not trying something new. It's never too late to start a new adventure. 🎿 #LifelongLearning #NewHobbies #NeverTooLate

Did you learn to SWIM as a child? Would you like to enjoy the pool on holiday this year free from the fear of not keeping up? Free from the fear when playing with the kids that you can support them and keep up? Would you like to improve your stroke or learn a new stroke? Do you think you're too old to learn or improve? Can you breathe comfortably whilst swimming? I support Adults of all ages to improve their stroke and learn new strokes,  My eldest swimmer is 73 years old and still very active after finding swimming in her later years. We're learning front crawl and the breathing techniques needed. The water can be a great support to exercise, when exercising on land is hard and the body can really feel the strain, the water makes us lightweight, it holds and supports us if we know how to relax and work with it. Adults of all ages come to me and for lots of different reasons,  Some people want to be able to swim with their children,  Some their grandchildren,  Some people do it for themselves because they are ready to try something new.  Some people realise the calming, healing power being in the water has on their mind and want to learn how to be safe to enjoy and benefit from this. I have years of experience teaching in the water and I specialise in helping people with a fear of water, so you will be in good hands. What's been stopping you? Are you ready for a new challenge? 🕶 One of the ways to refresh the senses and gain new perspectives is to get into nature for a while. For me, I prefer to satisfy this urge by taking to the beach to go jet skiing! 🏝️🍹⛱️🌞 🌊 Experiencing the great outdoors is not only good for our mental wellbeing as teachers - taking our students on field trips, outdoor education camps, or even outdoors on campus can be really beneficial for their learning, too. 💜 A BIG shoutout goes to my new swim client allll the way from up North‼️ He’s been in swimming lessons but they weren’t seeing the results. But in just 6 consecutive sessions (on vacation), he is more confident in the water, he demonstrated proper breath exchange at his level, he is comfortable in the swimmers position on a pool noodle, his favorite is the “monkey crawl” which is an important safety tech., AND after much resistance, he cooperated in the back glide/back float position with assistance. 💜 I was asked to move up North until he learned to swim but I can’t because of you‼️ 🏊🏼Everyone can learn to swim but at a different pace. Some people are faster learners while others need time to adjust. 💦 Be relentless no matter the external circumstances and internal emotions! 💦 Be consistent in well doing! 💦 Be optimistic about yourself, your dreams and desires! 💦 Be delusional about your dreams for it’s only delusion until it is done! 💦 Be obedient in the process for obedience is greater than sacrifice! Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
