Hey, hey everyone. It's Kim Burger here coming at you with another burger bite. And today I want to talk about you. You as the expert in what you do, you do and know more about what you do than anyone else. So you are the expert and let that expertise shine through. You go out to meet with the potential client. You're going to tell them. What you have to offer that and when they get in and they ask you those deep, dark questions, you're going to be able to answer them. Take that to the next level in your marketing. And what I mean by that is let people know what you know. Yeah, I just said that. Let people know what, you know. So most people live in the world of lack and they don't want to share their knowledge and their expertise because they're going to think that somebody else is just going to go out there and do it right, take their information and go do it. And you can help a lot of people that aren't going to go out there and try to do it themselves. So don't be afraid to give them tips. To give them tricks, To give them little things that they can do on their own, especially when it comes to preventive maintenance, right? If you can help them prevent from having a problem, your credibility is going to raise even higher because people are going to trust you now. They're going to feel like you did something for them to provide them assistance, not to hit the big ticket item that you're there. To serve for them. But what does that do? Brings down the walls, right? Brings down that fear and it puts you in the expert category. Raises up your credibility. So when that big ticket item hits and they can't do it on their own, they're going to call you. Yep, you. And that's what you want to share with them. Let them know who you are, what you do, how you do it, and by all means, share all of your little hidden secrets so they trust you, they believe in you, and they only want you to help them out.
