We have failed our #children by having them endure “active shooter drills” throughout their primary #education. Secondary education is a challenge for administrators with free speech and safety issues. And we are also failing our #seniors. The “myth” of “#IndependentLiving with transition to #memorycare is just that, a myth. Too many seniors aging out and not enough #staff, much less qualified staff, to fill the gap. So when you choose your #elected #officials ask them, “what are you doing to keep our #children and our #elders #safe?” Through talking with friends who are caring for parents nationwide, the problem is everywhere.
