In the words of Jesse Y., Head of General Trade, "Inclusion starts with empathy. Kimberly-Clark leaders are able to put themselves in the shoes of everyone on their team to truly connect with them." At Kimberly-Clark, we completely agree with Jesse. By doing so, we create a workplace where everyone feels valued and heard. We continue to strive for growth and empathy in everything we do. #WeAreKC #ItStartsHERE Join us at, http://spr.ly/6044ep86w

As we mark #NationalInclusionWeek, it’s a reminder that inclusion is a year-round commitment, not a box-ticking exercise. It’s an ongoing conversation that drives lasting change. While progress has been made in creating a more diverse and inclusive industry, there’s still more to do. Inclusion means ensuring everyone has a voice, where diverse perspectives are valued, and where the right support is in place for everyone to feel they belong. Times have changed, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come. But we’re not done. Inclusion isn’t just the right thing - it’s a business imperative. It’s the foundation of the culture we’re building at Kier, where everyone belongs, contributes and thrives. A truly inclusive environment drives performance by attracting and developing the best talent, empowering them to excel in a supportive environment. We’re making progress, but there’s more work ahead. #builtbybrilliantpeople #joinkier

“Inclusion. What does that word mean to me? Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of sitting down and speaking with Hardy Thindal-Humphries, and talking about my role and journey. I was able to reflect on some of the challenges I faced when starting out in construction, and just how far Kier, and the sector, has come. “When I started very few of my colleagues were women, and it was an environment that could be a bit lonely - one size fits all PPE (including Donkey jackets!), facilities not being available and flexible working simply didn’t exist ...but the support and encouragement I received from my colleagues in Kier, from Clients and the Supply chain helped me to love my job and industry and also helped me to progress .” All of this sums up to me what inclusion means. It’s about establishing a working environment in which everyone can have their voice heard, where different people bring together their opinions and ideas, where there are policies, support and provisions in place, for everyone to feel they belong. Times have definitely changed and I am proud of how the industry has transformed. But we’re not done. It is a business imperative. It is the cornerstone of the culture we are developing at Kier. It means we all belong, we can all contribute, and we can all thrive. Inclusion drives high business performance by bringing in, retaining and developing the very best people in their fields, and who are empowered to excel in a supportive environment. We’re getting there, but there is still much more to do. That’s why events such as #nationalinclusionweek are important to keep the conversation going.

Happy Wednesday to you! What a joy to wake up and see another day. The main objective of the SWORD Inclusion system is to foster an environment that produces an inclusion system while cultivating an inclusive organizational culture. When we can fully assess every aspect of who we are and the organization through an inclusive lens, we notice the endless opportunities an inclusive culture provides. --- We plan inclusion efforts within all aspects of an organizational structure (marketing, strategy, operations, and finances). --- We set the tone by making inclusion an agenda item. It’s the culture. Thus, it becomes a standard. --- We hold ourselves accountable to be inclusive as a collective. So, we're open to having character-building talks. These are just a few examples of what it means to create inclusive cultures. What once seemed impossible begins to be possible! Wow, it gets good at this point. Maximize the day! #joyofinclusion #inclusionexpansion #inclusiveculture #inclusionontheslopes #SWORDInclusionSystem #PhaseThreeOpportunityPlanning

"Helping You Get Comfortable With Uncomfortable Using Continuous Improvement To Elevate Performance, Drive Growth, and Inspire Change"
🌟 Let's talk about the POWER of inclusion. 🌟 - Inclusion isn't just a buzzword - it's a mindset. It's about creating a space where EVERYONE feels valued, respected, and heard. - When we embrace inclusion, we open doors to DIVERSITY of thought, experiences, and perspectives, leading to INNOVATION and GROWTH. - Each person brings a unique story and background to the table - it's up to us to EMBRACE these differences and learn from one another. 🌟 Inclusion isn't just about ticking boxes or meeting quotas - it's about creating a CULTURE of belonging and acceptance. 🌟 - When we foster an inclusive environment, we foster a sense of BELONGING that transcends differences and unites us in our humanity. - It's not just about what we can see on the surface - it's about recognizing and celebrating the UNIQUENESS that each individual brings to the table. - True inclusion demands that we actively LISTEN, LEARN, and LEAD with empathy and understanding. 🌟 But here's the kicker - inclusion isn't always easy. 🌟 - It requires COURAGE to challenge our own biases and assumptions, to confront uncomfortable truths, and to advocate for change. - Inclusion means standing up for those who may not have a voice, amplifying their stories, and creating space for their perspectives to be heard. - The journey to inclusion is a JOURNEY of continuous growth, learning, and evolution - it's a commitment we must all make every single day. 🌟 So, let's not just talk the talk - let's WALK the walk when it comes to inclusion. 🌟 - Let's champion diversity in all its forms, let's embrace discomfort as a catalyst for change, and let's lead with COMPASSION, EMPATHY, and RESPECT. - Together, we can build a more inclusive world where every voice is valued, every person is seen, and every individual has the opportunity to THRIVE. - Inclusion isn't just a goal - it's a mindset, a way of being, a reflection of our shared humanity. Let's make it our mission to create a more inclusive, equitable, and just world for ALL. #InclusionMatters #DiversityandInclusion #Belonging #EmbraceDifferences #LeadwithEmpathy #InnovationThroughInclusion

At Sage, we believe in addressing the topics that truly matter. I recently shared some of my thoughts around Inclusion with my colleagues. Inclusion isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the foundation of a stronger, more innovative community. When we create a space where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to be their authentic selves, we unlock the potential for extraordinary collaboration and growth. Inclusion means recognizing our differences as strengths, and building bridges where there may have once been walls. It’s not about tolerating diversity; it’s about embracing it and making it a core part of our culture. Let’s continue to champion inclusion in our everyday interactions—whether it’s in the boardroom, on our teams, or in our communities. Together, we can make a real impact. What does inclusion mean to you? Drop your thoughts in the comments below! 👇💬 #InclusionMatters #DiversityAndInclusion #StrongerTogether #SageCulture
