Congratulations on a successful, thought- provoking Summit! WIICARE, Winpak and Wipak, working together to strategically grow our Healthcare business. First, our roadmap continues to be written, similar to medium-size cities growing to become big cities and outgrowing their infrastructure — roads and transportation methods which support the future growth must be evaluated and re-tooled. Our foundation is strong. Second, an honest evaluation of what we’re good at is key, even though the real answer may be tough to accept. Third, a willingness to invest in the future and have confidence that our organization can deliver. Lastly, create the roadmap, take the first step and begin the journey. Our journey began 4 years ago. The speed limits on our new roads have been increased (similar to the Autobahn!). Now, … buckle the seatbelt and push the gas pedal.
