We have been deeply encouraged by the level of engagement, and by the depth, breadth and thoughtfulness of the feedback which we have received. The consultation is now closed. We are carefully considering all of the comments received, which will ultimately shape any updates to the Code. Our goal is to make the Code as effective a tool as possible for supporting good governance, by removing barriers to its use and supporting charities in its implementation.
