Choose you devil, anoint it everyday. Chasing you dreams is often hard. It involves: 1. Relentless dedication. 2. Countless setbacks. 3. Long periods of darkness, doubt and fear. 4. Derailing from your goals. Truth be told, it's hard. But you have to find you center like a gyroscope. Amid the chaos and movement, maintaining balance and stability is crucial. In Kung Fu Panda, Master Shifu says "Find inner peace and you'll do the seemingly impossible." Don't derail. If you do, get back on the track. Chase you dreams ruthlessly.

Your worth isn't defined by someone else's opinion. It's rooted in your unique qualities, experiences, and contributions. Always remember, you are a valuable person deserving of love, respect, and appreciation, no matter what others think or say. Don't let anyone lower your self-esteem or make you feel less worthy than you truly are. Keep your head high, stay confident in yourself, and know that you have much to offer the world. Discouragement can feel inevitable at times, but we have the power to combat it. According to the dictionary, discouragement is a loss of confidence and enthusiasm. So, what can we do when those feelings creep into our lives? Here are some tips that have helped me: 1) Rest and reflect - understand what is triggering your feelings of disappointment. 2) Reconnect with your life vision - ensure your actions are aligned with your long-term goals. 3) Inventory your strengths and resources - draw strength from your past accomplishments. 4) Surround yourself with happy, positive people - call in the reinforcements. 5) Have faith that, like Van Gogh, you will rise again and go on. Remember, we have the power to choose whether to succumb to discouragement or to take steps to combat it. Best wishes!

Points to Ponder In a world often driven by external validations, it is important to remember that our worth is not determined by others' perceptions or their ability to recognize our value. The quote, "Your value does not decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth," serves as a profound reminder of our inherent worthiness. beings are complex, multifaceted individuals with unique talents, qualities, and potential. Our worth is not contingent upon the opinions or judgments of others. It is an intrinsic part of our being, rooted in our identity as beloved children of God. Sadly, there may be times when people fail to appreciate or acknowledge the depth of our worth. It can be disheartening when our efforts go unnoticed or when others overlook our contributions. However, we must not allow these external factors to define our sense of self. Instead, let us reflect on the truth that our value remains unchanged, irrespective of others' limited perspectives. Our worth is not diminished by the blindness or ignorance of those around us. We possess unique gifts, strengths, and potential that are independent of external validation. In times of doubt or when our worth feels questioned, we must turn inward and seek solace in our own self-awareness. Embrace the truth of your value and let it fuel your confidence and self-belief. Surround yourself with those who appreciate and uplift you, but also remember that your worth is not dependent on their affirmation. Ultimately, our worth is rooted in our divine creation and the unconditional love and acceptance of our Heavenly Father. He sees and knows our true worth, even when others may fail to recognize it. So, let us not be disheartened by the inability of others to perceive our value. Instead, let us strive to live authentically, embracing our worth and shining our light for the world to see. Let us ask ourselves: 1. How often do you find yourself seeking validation from others? 2. Reflect on the qualities and gifts that make you unique and valuable. 3. How can you cultivate self-belief and confidence in your own worth? 4. Surround yourself with individuals who appreciate and uplift you. How can you foster these relationships? 5. How can you remind yourself daily that your worth is not dependent on external validation?

Dignity and self-assessment are inextricably linked! You must acknowledge and respect your inherent worth and value, regardless of circumstances. Self-assessment is not optional - it's an essentiality to recognizing your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Take charge of your personal development, and don't be afraid to confront your flaws and mistakes. Appreciate your uniqueness, and align your actions with your values. Remember, dignity is not something you earn - it's something you claim. So, stand tall, be honest with yourself, and demand respect from others. Your worth depends on it❤️🫂👍
