Accelerating productive teamwork with Tetheros. Productivity wonk & technical founder. Aspiring polymath.

Building a great internship program is hard. Many programs treat interns like low level employees instead of budding professionals. The 4-month program at Tetheros has two objectives: 1. Expanding their professional footprint through exposure to business operations, specialty skill development, and basic administrative practices. 2. Improving their understanding of professional opportunities and entrepreneurship beyond traditional schooling. At first, the daily structure is fairly rigid and predictable, but the program is designed to match their ambition. Enthusiastic, growth-minded interns are exposed to interesting challenges and rising responsibilities. They control most of their fate. Matching talent and passion is a high form of alignment and a show of trust. Interns challenge us as much as we challenge them. All led with attitude, aptitude, and gratitude.
