Had a lovely time writing this article for ArtTactic about the art world's tumultuous relationship with technology. I believe now, more than ever, is time for the art world to embrace new technologies which will aid it in its goal of increasing accessibility, exposure, and educational initiatives. This is a very important step towards the normalization process that is occurring internationally with contemporary arts-based practices. It is critical that we finally, after many decades of waiting, inter-connect the various arts communities into an integrated, pluralistic and informed hybrid model of art creation, appreciation, distribution, preservation and canonization.
