My 16-year-old son 🧔. It's his first business trip as part of my team and he goes on payroll today so he can help me with my next leadership program happening in Texas. Part of the reason I wanted to have my own company was to expose by boys to building a business and teaching them how hard it is. I love having them join me when the timing works out so they can learn life lessons and see how it all comes together.
