2023 What a year * 25% growth Vs 2022 * Hit revenue milestone 5 times * Achieved market entry in 3 channels What worked? SEM Support: You can know the job, you can be the most creative, without support you are just planning with no little or no action. I got support from both internal and external stakeholders, this is where EQ comes in handy. Execution: Action more, spend less time on planning. My highlight was the implementation and execution of Price increase which was extremely successful. The most resourceful people are execution driven. Mentorship: Regular check-ins with industry friends and OGs, this eliminated time wastage. One thing that made this easier for me was I did not go to anyone “blank”, I always went with something for them to work on/review with me. 2024- NO GREE FOR ANYBODY
