What initially drew you to Stoli?
Having spent most of my career in beverage alcohol in Europe, Stoli gave an opportunity to contribute in a global role, learn more about the US spirits business.
Ultimately though, people follow people – it was important to me to identify like-minded individuals. I quickly realised there is an enormous pool of industry experience at Stoli and an abundance of talented individuals to drive the business forward.
How would you describe the culture & work environment at Stoli?
Huge freedom to contribute, collaborate and stretch capabilities, to take on personal challenges, to shape the future. After a year in the business, I have been given the opportunity to shape a new leadership role and I would highlight trust, empowerment and supportive colleagues. In an environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute & shape the future of the business, knowing that you operate in a team with a high level of trust is empowering and energising.
How does Stoli foster a sense of community?
Our employees foster the sense of community and I really enjoy working with a diverse group of people, making time for a personal connection and a bit of fun is as important to me as getting the job done! The recent work on refreshing the Stoli values, which was driven wholly by a passionate set of individuals across the business, demonstrates a desire to strengthen the sense of community.
What advice would you give to someone considering a career at Stoli?
Bring your whole self to work - experience, ideas, confidence, positivity, personality, diverse talents. Commercial curiosity, resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to change will be key success factors.
What do you find most exciting about your role at Stoli?
There is a broad and fast-paced transformation agenda where I see plenty of upside. My focus is on how we simplify and empower the organisation’s resources to focus on customers & consumers.
What are your aspirations or goals for the future at Stoli?
