KBR took home 1st place for best t-shirt design and secured 3rd place in the female team division!

With four and sometimes even five generations in the workforce, it is important to be open to understanding that someone's lived experience can be quite different than your own. The world, sometimes for better and sometimes for worse has changed significantly over the past seventy years. There is a lot be learned and gained from exploring the experiences and perspectives of all generations.
How do organizations balance all of these varied experiences, needs, desires, fears, challenges and working styles across generations? This is particularly challenging with respect to GenZ, as their experience has been considerably different than that of generations that came before them?
At RJ Wronski Associates, Inc we are helping organizations explore questions such as:
When is it appropriate or advantageous to accommodate the needs of the individual when those needs may seem to be at odds with the needs of the organization (i.e. culture, processes, values or work expectations)?
How do we turn the many differences (and the similarities that do also exist) into opportunities for both the individual and the organization as a whole?

Collaborating with the LDP Connect Enterprise Council last week on these questions, as they relate to early talent development programs was greatly rewarding.

Today I had the privilege (it is always a privilege) to join the StandOut team at our end of course graduation at HMP Wandsworth. What made today different was that for the first time at Wandsworth, the men were able to invite family guests. While not everyone had someone with them, the 'golden thread' that family represent was abundantly clear. Having your mum/dad/sister/niece/nephew joining in celebrating, and for them to hear you talk about the life you want to live differently outside prison, creates a vital accountability bond for post-prison plans. For the StandOut coaches its a chance to get to know family supporters who will be so key when someone gets to the other side of the gates. Our support is offered on an open ended basis, and after the course, is tailored to each individual, journeying alongside them through the good - and the less good - for as long as they need us. Today 10 men reached the end of the course - and the beginning of the next phase of our support. They were motivated, vulnerable, real, driven, and shared their vision and determination. We look forward to seeing their next steps. #Committed#FirstClass#Connected#Champions
