Talent Acquisition Programs Manager at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling

Last week Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling celebrated National Intern Day! We value and appreciate the impact our 40 plus Interns are having on the company through their projects and initiatives by using their creativity, problem solving skills, continuous improvement mindsets and academic learnings. We are thankful they chose Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling to gain their internship experience from! Having an Internship Program is an important avenue for bringing early talent into the company! The goal is to convert Interns into full-time employees upon graduation! One of the Internship Program events is a Former Intern Panel. The Panel is an excellent way to recognize the fantastic Former Interns that work for Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling as a result of their successful internships as well as showcase for the current Interns the career opportunities. Former Interns, Brendan Pasbrig, Jenna K., Eduard Zeledon and Chloe Johanson, shared their career paths, career advice, "AHA" moments and were vulnerable in sharing their biggest Intern mistakes. They turned those mistakes into learning moments! Success has been a result of thinking on their feet, taking responsibility for their actions, asking questions, stepping back to see the big picture, process improvements and keeping an open mind. Examples and guidance that will serve the current cohort of Interns very well! #2023interns #careerdevelopment #rccb #recognition #greatplacetoworkcertified #careeradvice

Our Former Interns did such a tremendous job on this call! It was wonderful for them to share their success stories and represent their unique functional areas of our RCCB business. A round of applause to everyone involved!
