'WE THE PEOPLE' MUST PROTECT OUR REPUBLIC AND WATCH OVER OUR DEMOCRACY SO THAT OUR DEMOCRACY DOES RIGHT BY 'WE THE PEOPLE' "Republic is form of government where country is governed by people (mostly through representatives) from which the power is formally derived. In contrast with monarchy where the country is "owned" by monarch from which all political power is fornally derived, or theocracy where it is from god/clergy, and other forms. Democracy is regime/system of government where the leaders/officials are chosen by election. (minimalistic definition). It is contrasted by authoritarian/totalitarian regimes where the leaders are not selected by election (or the election process is not respected)."

In the UK, we are incredibly fortunate to have a peaceful democracy. But, in recent years, the quality of our politicians (right across the spectrum) seems to have been in sharp decline, which somewhat frays the edges of the system. You could almost be forgiven, therefore, if you threw up your hands and decided not to bother voting this Thursday in the general election. Before you do, though, just remember that self-disenfranchisement plays into the hands of those looking to undermine our peace and stability. Scan the globe and you’ll soon come across situations where, today, people are losing their lives and liberty in the pursuit of a system such as ours. Also, in recent times, both internal and external forces have been chipping away to undermine our imperfect democratic process. So, get out and vote this week – even if you have to hold your nose as you place your cross - because peace and democracy aren’t unassailable truths. They need maintenance, which means they need voter participation, not abstention - and the alternatives are far worse.

And they have a model they’re using for what they want to replace it with: the Confederacy.

You have an active convicted felon with an active criminal enterprise running for president, which includes the American Supreme Court, Federal and State judiciary bent on destroying the freedoms of a democracy and on the other side a current President whose elderly age is showing more than the active criminal felon, who is 3 years younger, but has an accomplished track record in the last 4 years of really building back America to a World power that no other President in the history of America has done with his team of professional managers who are much younger. The contrast is clear. What do you really want America; a dictatorial government and judiciary or a stable, honest democracy and government? We know how the world turned out when the people chose Barabbas over Jesus. Our world’s years are governed by before and after Jesus Christ. The same will happen in this 2024 election. America will make a choice in this 2024 election that will govern and stand for how our children and their children’s children will live for ions.

***Political Post*** The Republicans Party presidential candidate got convicted today. We at www.rpoc.org had made this message in anticipation of it. We the rejected, deplorable, denied and now leaders convicted. It is indeed a different day in America now. Our goal is to get People of Color to see the truth of the matter. It is not elections that are trying to decide who becomes Americas leader but establishment, government, media, elites and powerful now by Weaponized systems. How is bcci left out of the tax net & why are there so many inconsistencies in taxation for people in different fields

We must talk about the rancor and discord in our nation - as the stakes are highest - during an election year with the possibility of the most consequential outcome of our lifetime. ▶ Elections and recent polls, including those conducted by The Common Good, show that Americans are uneasy about this increasingly toxic atmosphere gnawing at our bonds with each other and our ability to tackle our tough problems. ▶ Our TCG polling shows 75% of Americans believe our leaders too often deliberately stoke discord to further their own political self- interests rather than what is best for the country.  ▶ Are we veering toward a further loss of confidence in each other, more attacks on institutions, more us vs. them mentality, more political violence, or chaos about who we are and what we stand for? ▶ While America has proven to be resilient, we now understand what our founders believed - democracy is fragile - and it takes all of us. It really takes all of us. 🔊 We can be concerned but we do not need to be dispirited. ▶ We are strongest when we can work together, from the common American to the highest officeholders in the land. We are strongest when we operate with good will and good faith - with trust, truth, integrity, and from the common bonds that unite us - our great American principles. 🇺🇸 What we believe here at The Common Good is - we just need to build the bridge.
