Watch from Min 7:15: Stripe co-founder John Collison demonstrates crypto payment for a merchant transaction. “Crypto” is the 3rd button after card and Klarna. Here is the user flow: Select crypto (USDC), select chain (Solana), select wallet (Metamask) and confirm. Appears to be fast. Will be interesting to see how real life experience pans out under the heavy load of hundreds of thousands of Stripe merchants.

The increasing adoption of DeFi is further evident by the acceptance of Cryptocurrencies by major tech giants 💪🏾 Recently, PayPal, Google, EY, and SAP chose Coinbase for B2B payments - Crypto is officially mainstream within Fortune500 financial infrastructure 🧘🏆 What’s the driving force!? Stablecoins, for some key reasons 👌🏾 They settle instantly across borders, offering a faster, cheaper, and more efficient alternative to traditional B2B payments. Key highlights: A) PayPal successfully paid EY invoices using PayPal USD ($PYUSD) via Coinbase Prime B) Companies are using digital currencies to improve cash flow, with 24/7 instant settlement What does this mean for businesses and startups? 1. Advanced Cash Flow: bye bye to „net-30" terms for payments 👋 2. Borderless Transactions: F500 enterprises can move funds in real-time 💨 3. Treasury Management: Streamlined workflows for better operational efficiency Still wondering if Crypto will be adopted? 🤔 You do that and watch things happen right under your nose 👀

If you shop for products online from a website, you very likely use Stripe as a payment method when paying using your Visa or Mastercard. Stripe now accepts crypto payments as a mode of payment. Stripe already processes more than $800 billion in transactions per year What does it mean to you if you don't have crypto money? It doesn't mean anything. If you have money in crypto and you're looking to spend it on buying things and your bank is making it difficult for you to change crypto to money in the bank, then this a way for you to spend your crypto money. This is also another sign that the US is more open to crypto as a payment method and infrastructure.

Stripe Co-founder and President John Collison’s comment last week “Crypto is back” was a big statement for the industry. Our Founder and CEO, Edward Woodford talked about “How can you pay with crypto” last month at Fintech Meetup. During Edward's' keynote presentation ‘Bringing Crypto to the People. Not People to Crypto”, he shared that “Customers around the world are holding crypto, not just as an asset class, but as a store of value and the question is how do you actually use this?” Zero Hash is partnering with the world’s leading payments platforms to enable them to seamlessly embed crypto payment rails to service a crypto and stablecoin enabled audience.
