IS THIS A WEAK LINK IN OUR REPUBLIC? "The Supreme Court has no power to enforce its decisions. It cannot call out the troops or compel Congress or the president to obey. The Court relies on the executive and legislative branches to carry out its rulings. In some cases, the Supreme Court has been unable to enforce its rulings." When you have a President who does not obey the law nothing can be done except Impeach him. But that is also a weak link if his party controls the congress. What is the solution?

The "federal-courts-would-be-overwhelmed-without-agency-adjudication" argument is wrong. Agency adjudication risks dire injustice and dismantles the Constitution’s checks and balances.
