Juva-PRP delivers higher concentrations from a single spin, which likely leads to better outcomes... Understanding the concept of fold increase in concentration is crucial when evaluating platelet-rich plasma (PRP) processing systems. Juva-PRP can produce 3x increases in a simple 2-minute spin. Leading gel tubes are inferior. While many gel-based PRP systems claim to achieve “high” platelet concentrations, independent studies have shown these figures are inaccurate or optimistic, at best. In the fields of dermatology and aesthetics, where these systems are utilized most frequently, gel-based tubes typically return just 1x platelet concentration. Juva-PRP, a gel-free, single-spin system, utilizes the same proven centrifuge-based methods of high-dose, double-spin systems to deliver 3x concentrations consistently and rapidly. By understanding and leveraging the principles behind concentration in PRP, providers can tailor treatments more effectively, leading to enhanced patient outcomes. Stay informed, stay precise in your preparations, and let science guide your PRP protocols for maximum benefit. #juvaprp #cervos #prp #aesthetics #dermatology #plateletrichplasma

Phototherapy (light therapy) is a type of psoriasis treatment that often uses ultraviolet (UV) light, which reduces inflammation and slows down the creation of skin cells. For some people, over-the-counter or prescription creams are enough to manage psoriasis. However, if your skin remains itchy, scaly, and red, you may want to consider trying phototherapy, also known as light therapy. It's also used for other skin conditions, such as vitiligo and eczema. https://lnkd.in/dNZ9DrKw #Phototherapy #psoriasis #vitiligo #eczema #dermatology

New study - BioRNA has now been shown to be effective in reducing the appearance of long term scarring in a new study in the British Journal of Dermatology. Link below. For patients who want to avoid exuberant growth of fibrotic scar tissue, which can lead to hypertrophic scars or keloids, there are currently no treatments with good evidence for preventing excessive scar tissue formation. BioRNA vs silicone patches has been shown to reduce 3D scar volume. The study is titled "Silencing siRNA microneedle patches versus silicone sheets in reducing post-surgical scars: a randomized single-blinded intra-individually controlled clinical trial" https://lnkd.in/dF8mh5UA You can read more information on BioRNA patches on the FutureMed website - https://lnkd.in/gHTku48T #hypertrophicscars #keloidscars #preventscars #bioRNA #rnatreatment #dermatology #plasticsurgery
