You will never believe what repeating a customer's order back to them will do.⬇ ⬇ Even with a tablet. It dramatically increases tips... By up to 70% Research shows mimicry can drive larger payouts. When customers feel a strong rapport and established trust with their server. They may be more inclined to leave a larger tip. In our world, that also means increased revenue for operators. Mimicry, mirroring and imitation can all be useful tools in communication. I have learned a lot about these sales and persuasion skills as a seasoned sales professional. Frontline employees in restaurants are also sales professionals. And many of them are brand new to sales.  Brand spanking new. But even if they are seasoned. But no one is teaching them. Even worse, no one is reinforcing these skills often. The interpersonal, communication, persuasion and sales skills and tactics needed to drive revenue. And it doesn’t have to continue. You just need to know who to talk to. 😎 ✌️ I love the hardworking people in our industry, and obsessed with helping them succeed.
